On a Daily basis the sun directly heats the roof
of your home, and the cavity space below it, even on overcast
and cloudy days this otherwise un-used heat source continues to
build until sunset when the cooling begins.
The AMS Ventilation
Systems utilise this free dry warm air to replace the high
moisture content air in your home which is the leading cause of
condensation and dampness in the home.
The AMS Ventilation Systems are 'smart-controlled' dual
processor units with intelligent programming to ensure optimal
comfort and performance for your home, your system, and your
family all year round, with as little, or a much interaction as
you decide is required. With simple operation and easy to follow
instructions (including on-screen prompts) operating the
S-Touch(c) is child's play (which is why we have also included a
key lock feature).
The AMS Systems operate on Positive Air Pressure, forcing the
warm, dry air from the ceiling cavity into the home, and
expelling the damp air out of the living space through the
natural cracks and gaps in the home. Most homes will 'breathe',
however if your home is tightly sealed, there may be
requirements for adjustments to doors / window frames to allow
air to escape.
